Select (Check) one (single) CheckBox in ASP.Net GridView using jQuery

By default, multiple CheckBoxes in GridView are meant for multiple selection, thus in order to make it work as single selection i.e. only one (single) CheckBox can be selected at a time, jQuery needs to be used to achieve the same.
