ASP.Net MVC: [Non-Flash] Capture Image (Photo) from Web Camera (Webcam)

Here Mudassar Ahmed Khan has explained with an example, how to capture still image / photo / picture from Web Camera (Webcam) without using Flash in ASP.Net MVC Razor. jQuery Webcam plugin is used to capture images (photos) from Web Camera (Webcam) using HTML5. The images (photos) captured using Web Camera (Webcam) will be saved in folder and displayed in View in ASP.Net MVC Razor.
